Manamarry reserves the right to take stringent legal action against any member found engaging in illegal activities. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and legal prosecution.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Manamarry platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Manamarry and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the use of the Manamarry platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
